Product Return

At Ava Medical Supply, we stand behind every product we ship. If a product arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or does not match the order, we will make it right. Because we operate as a dropship fulfillment partner shipping directly to your patients on your behalf all return requests must be initiated by the ordering provider or DME company, not the end patient. To begin a return, submit the order details using the form below and our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and next steps. Please do not return any product without an RMA number, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
