We work exclusively with licensed DME providers, physician clinics, physical therapy practices, and telehealth providers who hold an active state DME license, Medicare PTAN, NPI, and DMEPOS accreditation from a CMS-approved accrediting organization. If you are currently pursuing accreditation, contact us — we can discuss your timeline.
Do I need to hold any inventory?
No. We hold all inventory and ship directly to your patient on your behalf. You place the order through your provider portal and we handle the rest — packaging, shipping, and delivery documentation.
What documentation comes with each order?
Every shipment includes delivery confirmation with beneficiary signature, date of delivery, item description, and HCPCS code. For categories requiring a Certificate of Medical Necessity, we provide the appropriate paperwork. Everything your billing team needs to submit and defend a Medicare claim is included.
Are all your products PDAC-approved?
Yes. All 28 products in our catalog are PDAC-approved at the SKU level for the specific HCPCS code billed. We do not carry products with category-level approval only. If a product does not have confirmed SKU-level PDAC approval, it is not in our catalog.
